If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use or transact on this platform.

2. Service Description & Arena Mechanics

shutmeup.lol provides a real-time, 24-hour pay-to-speak digital arena and promotional showcase. Key mechanics include:

• Microphone Seizure: Any user may bid to take control of the digital center stage by paying at least $1.00 USD more than the current speaker's bid amount.
• Broadcast Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation via Paddle, the bidder's submitted handle, avatar, statement (up to 280 characters), and optional URL are immediately rendered to all connected live visitors and logged in the public feed.
• Daily 24-Hour Epoch: Every day at exactly 00:00:00 UTC, the active round concludes. The user holding the microphone at that second is permanently crowned King of the Day and immortalized in the Hall of Fame. The stage resets to $1.00 for the next 24-hour cycle.
• Whaleboard Aggregation: Cumulative strike amounts are publicly calculated and ranked across domains and identities for reputational and leaderboard prestige.

3. Immediate Performance & Digital Fulfillment

You acknowledge that the service provided is a real-time digital and live broadcasting service. Service delivery commences instantaneously upon transaction approval by the payment network.

4. Content Standards & Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you submit (handle, message, avatar, and linked destination URL). We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against unlawful or abusive behavior.

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, threats, or incitement of violence against individuals or groups.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual imagery.
• Malware, spyware, phishing links, deceptive scams, or pyramid schemes.
• Infringing on any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Personal doxxing, dissemination of private phone numbers, home addresses, or financial data.

We reserve the absolute right to moderate, redact, hide, or delete any content that violates these terms without notice and without eligibility for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Content License

You retain ownership of any trademarks, logos, or original content you submit. By submitting content through our platform, you grant shutmeup.lol a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, display, index, reproduce, and archive your message, handle, avatar, and URL across the live feed, archives, social bot broadcasts, and Hall of Fame.

6. Pricing, Billing & Taxes

• All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless localized by the Paddle checkout interface.
• Paddle calculates and remits all applicable sales taxes, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Value Added Tax (VAT) as the Merchant of Record.
• You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in permanent blacklisting of associated domains, IP addresses, and digital identifiers.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific click-through rates, traffic volumes, or audience engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall shutmeup.lol or Paddle.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
